Delivery

The Alternative Glass Company Limited currently uses Interlink couriers to ship our goods. Interlink deliver between 8.30am and 5:00pm the day after dispatch (all deliveries should be complete by 3:00pm).

The items on the web site are usually available ex stock unless otherwise indicated. If a product is not in stock, then we aim to ship the goods to you as soon as possible and we will notify you of the likely delivery date.

Please note that orders are only dispatched when payment has been received unless you have a pre-approved credit account that is up to date.

• Any order received prior to noon is usually dispatched that day.
• Orders after noon will usually be dispatched the following day.
• If there are items we cannot ship in line with these timescales we will advise you as soon as practical by telephone or email.
• The delivery timescales below are only meaningful after the item is dispatched.

Delivery service options

• Standard delivery is the next working day after dispatch by 3:00pm
• Express delivery is the next working day after dispatch by 12:30pm
• Super Express delivery is the next working day after dispatch by 9:30am
• Saturday Standard delivery is only required if the good are dispatched on a Friday and you want them on Saturday by 12:30pm
• Saturday Express delivery is only required if the good are dispatched on a Friday and you want them on Saturday 9:30am

Delivery charges are to Mainland UK only (and are waived if the order value is above the amount shown in the discounts box). For UK Highlands and Islands such as Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man or International orders there is an additional shipping charge which we will advise you of once you have placed your order.
